Fees are payable in advance by cash, bank transfer or childcare vouchers/Tax free childcare.

Please ensure that fees are paid promptly. Non-payment for more than one month may result in your place being terminated. If you are having difficulty paying fees, please speak in confidence to the Manager.
Changes to days and cancelling your place, you must give us one month!s notice of termination, or of changes in attendance. If you need to change the days that your child attends, please contact the Manager. We try to accommodate such changes wherever possible.
Our club operates on an admission policy on the basis of first come, first serve policy. This takes effect from the date parents or guardian signs the registration documents and has paid a holding charge for a 2 weeks fee. A month’s notice should be given, should you decide to take the child out of the club. If one month’s notice is not given, then you will not receive your 2 weeks deposit back. For example your leaving date is 10/10/17 you should inform us on the 10/09/17 anything after this date will result in your losing your 2 weeks deposit.
Please be aware that our club operates on a 46 weeks of the year policy we do not charge for the 6 weeks summer holiday unless you child attends summer club, additionally please remember if your child is away from the setting i.e absent/ holidays etc you still need to pay the weekly contracted fees.
